My Story

I’m a Health Coach based in London, as well as a wife and mother of two boys. I have over 20 years experience in the corporate world, so I understand how difficult it can be to strike a good work-life balance. This became even more tricky when I started a family.

Like many women, I found myself struggling with my health, and my immune system was low. I was eventually diagnosed with Endometriosis, and anyone who has lived with this chronic condition knows just how debilitating it can be. The lack of research and support left me searching for answers, which sparked my interest in holistic health and I started on my own health journey.

However, in March 2021, I caught Covid-19 (before masks and lockdown were introduced!), and spent months recovering from long-covid. At my worst, I couldn’t even climb a flight of stairs. It was the first time I couldn’t push through and carry on as usual and it genuinely scared me.

It was during this dark period I realised the importance of health, and the realisation that I hadn’t been prioritising my own health. I had allowed life to carry me along, without fully considering my choices. Ultimately, this compromised my immune system yet again. I promised myself from that day on I would never take my health for granted again.

So, how did I do it? I built new healthy habits into my daily routine, making them an integral part of my life, and my mindset started to change, I felt physically and mentally stronger and happier. In fact, I had never felt better! It became clear to me that if I could make such a profound change, others could too.

Motivated by this belief, I trained to become a Health Coach and now, I’m committed to sharing my experience and knowledge, helping other women reclaim their health, feel empowered, and remember what it feels like to thrive.

I understand the struggles and challenges that lie ahead, but I also know the incredible rewards that await those who are willing to take the first step. Don’t wait for ill health to force you into change. You deserve to feel your best now.

Diploma – Health Coach (College of Naturopathic Medicine).
Diploma – Massage, Reflexology, Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology.

Professional Memberships

Member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).

Volunteer & Community Work

Health Champion (London Boroughs of Bromley and Lewisham) – supporting the local community by sharing health information and participating in local events.

Host of the Menopause Café, Bromley – providing a safe space for women to share experiences and feel supported.

Committee Member at Rope 4 Hope – Rope 4 Hope is dedicated to raising funds for Cancer Research UK.

Professional Experience

Supporting women through my 3 month programme (online or in-person). Delivering the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme in South-East London. Corporate sessions focused on wellbeing in the workplace.

Continued Professional Development

Regularly attending training and webinars to keep up-to-date with the latest scientific research and best practices in women’s health.
